Patrick is a consistent top performing mortgage planner. He serves as the Co-Director of Membership for the Greater Phoenix Financial Planning Association. He also serves as a Board of Director for the FPA. His in-depth experience allows him to provide a more complete analysis of  his clients' mortgage needs.  As a certified mortgage planner, he has a broad understanding of cash flow analysis, gift, estate, and capital gains tax laws.
